Before you start with the application make sure that you have scanned your grade 11 or grade 12 final and your ID or Birth Certificate Both certified

Access the university website that you want to apply at…If you do not know how access the website,you can just search on the search tab

• Returning to complete application(Choose no if you have never applied)
• Do you have a Qualification Specific Token?(No)

Biographical details

1.Nationality(Are you a SA Citizen in possession of a valid SA ID/Birth Certificate?)

• If you are an SA citizen you will have to put your ID an if not then you will put your passport number

2.Personal Information

• Gender
• Date of birth (DD-MON-YYYY)[Make sure that you use the correct format]
• Title(Mr,Miss,Mrs…..)
• Initials(First letter of your  name(s))
• Surname
• First names
• Maiden name
• Marital status
• Home language
• Ethnic group

Step 3

Address Information

• Applicants with an INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS should search and select “ZZZZ” as their postal code.

Tick if your Postal Address is different from your Street Address[if it is different,after clicking you will be asked to put your postal address)

• Contact details
• Put your contact details,please put valid email address that you know the password an the email must be yours

Step 5

• Residence Information(Indicate if you require accommodation on Institution Res)

Step 6

• Disability Info(indicate if you have any disability)
• Press Next

Step 7

• Next of Kin
• Provide the name of contact details
• Also provide another different number to the one that belongs to your next of kin

Step 8

• Next of Kin address
• The format for address is the same
• If your next of kin does not have an email,you can put yours

Step 9

• Account Contact Details
• You can your own information,and also put your next of kin number at the second option of numbers

Step 10

• Address of the Account Contact [the format is the same]
• Press next

Step 11

• Results details(Put on the year you matriculated or the year you are matriculating(2018))
• Choose undergraduate

Step 12

• Put your Subject an marks
• (Grade 11 is compulsory and the level of each subject)
• After putting info of one subjects,click “add subject”..Add all your subjects
• Indicate if you are upgrading or not

Step 13

• Educational Institutions
• indicate the last school you attended..
• Indicate what you are currently doing

Step 14

• If you have never went to tertiary,choose no

Step 15

• Qualification details
• Academic year[The year you wanna go to the institution)
• Choose your application and after that press/click add qualification
• ADD YOUR SECOND CHOICE
• After adding the second one,press click

Step 16

• Continue,Create pin then Submit

Step 17

• Upload the documents(your certified ID/Birth Certificate and Grade 11 results)

That will be the end of your application

If the university requires application fee,be sure to pay and provide the proof of payment before the closing date
